As a parent, I can personally attest that Prep-Recruiting.us is an effective recruiting service that gets maximum results! My son, a 2008 alumnus of Ocoee High School, FL, had never been coached by Coach John Colbert. In fact, he had never met him in his life. After completing his A.A. Degree and only one season of Junior College Football at the College of the Canyons in Valencia, CA, my son decided to pursue Division 1 College Football. There is no question in my mind that John was the key in our effort to find the right college football program. We had used other college recruiting services, and went to a ton of camps, but we just were not able to find the right fit. The recruiting process is a frustrating and at times an overwhelming experience. We sent emails and DVD’s to colleges. The responses we received were few and they were coming in slow. However, once we contacted Coach John Colbert and he started working the colleges the phone calls and emails increased. The only regret I have as a parent is that we didn’t find him earlier. If you really want your athlete to have a better chance at getting recruited, I highly recommend Coach Colbert. I plan on using him for my younger son and starting the process much earlier the next time.

The recruitment process can be frustrating, overwhelming and extremely confusing at times. As a parent, I wasn’t sure of the dos and don'ts of this process. There are so many guidelines to follow regarding contacting college coaches or coaches contacting the parent or their child.

I was introduced to Coach Colbert through a relative who played football with him in college. After reaching out to Coach Colbert, he was extremely helpful in giving me step-by-step instructions on what I needed to do as far as sending out my son’s profile and highlight video. Coach Colbert played a huge role in assisting with reaching out to college coaches on my son’s behalf. After his involvement, the rest has been a complete blessing. My son received several college offers. However, I was elated when he made the decision to attend Texas Southern University on a full football scholarship.

I have a younger son who also has to go through this process. I will, without a doubt, use Coach Colbert to assist me with his recruitment process as well.

I highly recommend using Coach John Colbert. He’s a hidden blessing that a lot of parents/players don’t know exists.
